What is personal training?

 

Personal training is far more involved than a simple gym membership. Rather than let you fend for yourself in a sterile, faceless and impersonal gymnasium we are there to give you the guidance and support you need to enjoy your fitness training. A personal trainer's responsibility is to teach you their knowledge and personally direct you towards a successful, individual fitness program.

 

Personal Training is:

  • Teaching correct and effective training techniques
  • Demonstrating safe progression of exercise programs
  • Establishing your specific dietary requirements
  • Inspiring and instilling self confidence and motivation
