I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. I have a background of study in nutrition and massage therapy and I am continually updating my knowledge as I always find something new to learn about. I like to look at health and fitness from every angle and I really believe that optimum health starts from the inside, then filters out.

Recently, I have completed a course in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. This allows me to offer my clients a complete program which focuses on nutrition for their individual metabolic profile, and various other tools to help balance all aspects of their lives. This advice will ultimately lead to optimum health and well-being.

I love inspiring and motivating people to make changes in their lives. I love teaching people how to make simple changes to their lifestyle which can affect their health in the most positive and permanent way. I've found people often know they need to change their lifestyle to improve their health but don't seem to know quite where to start. Often they will start a diet and double their activity level in the space of a week, over-looking the other factors that come into play. So - that's my job; Teaching people how to progress safely, efficiently, and permanently towards better health and fitness. It's amazing how a little belief in one's self and some knowledge can help a person grow into someone with complete confidence in achieving anything that they want. I find it so exciting when people set themselves goals and then achieve them.

Training with me will be challenging but fun, and the results you will achieve will make it all worth while. You will learn a lot about healthy lifestyle; information you can use for the rest of your life.

Dislikes:  Environmentally damaging people, being cold
