I have always been an avid participant in sport and exercise but the older i became the more demanding my career seemed to be. I realised (alarmingly) one day that I was unhealthy and much heavier than I ever thought I would be and that sparked me to get in shape. I enjoyed the process and the challenges it bought up so much that I decided to become a qualified personal trainer.

To me Personal Training is about much more than someone holding the stop watch or spotting the weights for you. Personal Training is having someone with you at every step of the process in trying to find a happy healthy life balance.

Training with me is about breaking down hurdles, and confronting what is often easier to avoid. Making a decision to change your life is a lot more involved than just booking in sessions. I provide a positive and motivating influence in assisting you with your training.

Likes: Travel (Naples is my favourite place), cooking, good food being shared with good friends

Dislikes: Rudeness, "Glasses that are half empty" and my episode of "Come dine with me"

Hobbies: Lawn bowls, football, squash & every other sport

Qualifications: Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Spin Instructor & Fitball Instructor
