majority of our clientele are people who generally know what they
should be doing but need a little guidance staying on track. They
are committed to learning how to change their bodies and to feeling
better during the process. Long working hours, busy family and
social lives and limited time for actually planning meals and
exercise is a common obstacle. Our clients find it much more
convenient to follow our guidance. They become more accountable and
find they stay on track a lot better than if they went at it
alone.
