When you are unfit, overweight and lacking in self-confidence,
stepping into a gym can be totally intimidating. I faced that
daunting prospect when I first turned up to try personal
training.
Luckily
for me I was introduced to Kylie. She was very friendly and easy to
talk to and immediately addressed all of my reservations and set
about getting me on the road to a new positive outlook.
That
same day Kylie told me to follow her training program and maintain
a well balanced diet, and I would get positive results. I was
hopeful, but unsure whether I would be able to achieve what Kylie
thought I could.
Twelve
months later, with Kylie's guidance in terms of both exercise and
diet, the results have come. Kylie makes continual updates and
changes to my program to address different muscle groups, and gives
me on going advice and nutritional information. Due to all these
factors I have lost over 20 kilograms, toned up a lot, and my
general health, fitness and confidence is the best it has been in
years.
It has
not been an easy journey but it has been tremendously worthwhile.
Without Kylie, I do not believe I would be where I am today. I now
look forward to my personal training sessions, and especially to
try and fulfill the challenges that Kylie continues to throw at me.
Always with a smile and a laugh, but also always with a purpose.
She keeps you on your toes, and ensures you never get bored.
