Hi, I'm Ben! I have been a member of one gym or another for over 15 years. I decided to become a Personal Trainer a few years ago because it was something that I really enjoyed doing myself and I saw it as an opportunity to make the transition into a more satisfying career. I am glad that I did because assisting people reach their goals ever since has been extremely rewarding! 

My personal training philosophy is that people consistently underestimate what they're capable of and it's my job to help them realise that in a positively encouraging/motivating way!!

Favourite Food: Depends on so many things but it's hard to beat food cooked in the webber!

Favourite Drink: Water, sustagen & milk and I am a bit addicted to Ice Breaks

Favourite Restaurant: The Pig & Whistle

Favourite TV Show: Don't get the chance to watch a lot of TV but I do like Seinfeld and naturally have a bit of an interest in the biggest loser!

Favourite Movie: Always up for a comedy such as the 40 year old Virgin, Superbad and a bit of a random one called Kung Pow

Favourite Book: Big fan of Matthew Rielly's work and have recently started reading books by Dean Koontz

Likes: Summertime BBQ's, bike riding, holidays at the beach

Dislikes: Being still for too long!

Hobbies: Playing the drums & guitar

Qualifications: Cert IV in fitness, Effective Movement Trainer
