Kylie
has been my personal trainer for over 8 years. From the moment
I started training with Kylie exercising became something to enjoy
and not something to be frightened of. Going to the gym was always
such an intimidating experience. Not knowing how to use the
equipment, not knowing exactly how many reps you should be doing,
not being able to get onto the machine you want because a bunch of
muscle heads were all showing off to each other - these were just
some of the things I experienced going to the gym.
Working
one on one with a personal trainer is the best way to achieve your
goals, whether they be weight loss or just wanting to feel good.
And Kylie is the person who will help you. During the time I have
been seeing Kylie I have lost about 10kgs. My body is also alot
firmer and fitter then it has ever been. I am also alot more aware
of nutrition and how to look after my body. Kylie has been my
inspiration to start a new career in nutrition. After all these
years of training and talking about health and fitness I decided it
was something I was actually good at!
