I
always thought that I would be healthy... I'm too young
to have anything go wrong with my body... WASN'T I
WRONG!!!!!!
That's
how I got addicted to Fitness Training. I have always been a very
active person, all the way through school, university and even
work. I walked, I cycled, I played Tennis and I snow skied almost
every year. Then came the day I seriously hurt my back, I wasn't
doing anything bad, it just happened.
Well
after almost 16 weeks of rehabilitation I could do all these things
again.
THE
DIFFERENCE... I wanted to do things right. I read
up about Core Training & Pilates and went and studied this
under some of the best and have been so for 3 years. I also studied
Weight Training and tried different methods on myself to develop a
stronger body... and I did. I also studied how to make myself
bigger (I had always been skin and bones... sometimes just as bad a
being over weight, mentally and physically) and I did.
I WANT
TO HELP... This experience gave me the want to educate
others about what I have learned. I don't want others to be in the
same position I was no matter how young or old. I am always
researching the latest techniques to make you and your life the
best they can be.
