Studio Glo offers a holistic lifestyle coaching program which focuses on nutrition, your individual metabolic profile and balancing areas of your lifestyle which may be preventing you from looking and feeling your best. The aim is to improve your current lifestyle factors which will raise your vitality and long term well-being.

 

The foundation principles address various areas of your lifestyle, focusing on:

  • Stress &  It's impact on health
  • Sleep / wake cycles
  • You are when you eat
  • Digestive function & health
  • Internal fungus & parasites
  • Eating correctly for your metabolic type
  • Hydration
  • Specific exercise programs

A CHEK certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach (HLC) will help identify your individual needs.

 

They will teach you how to address issues that may be preventing you from looking and feeling your best.

 

The HLC program is complete. It looks at all areas of your life, not just at your exercise program or your eating habits.

 

We are such complex human beings who require more than just a new eating plan to feel, look and perform better. It takes a little more than that and this is where Liz, Kylie and Andrew can help you fill in the gaps!

       Your Holistic Lifestyle Coach will help you:

  • Learn how sleep, stress, nutrition for your metabolic type, proper digestion and your tailored exercise program are all interrelated.
  • Understand that the quality of the food you eat has a direct impact on your health.
  • Establish an important balance in the overall stress levels in the body.
  • Appreciate the relationship between food and lifestyle and their impact on balancing weight problems.
  • Guide you as to which foods and exercise are correct to balance your body and its individual requirements.
  • Achieve musculo-skeletal, hormonal and emotional balance.
  • Identify common problems that, if not quickly identified, can become roadblocks. Poor nutrition, dehydration, stress, hormonal imbalance and gastrointestinal disorders are the most common.
