Working
full time and having a busy social life I never really looked after
myself. I was eating on the go and rarely visiting the gym, only
twice to be exact and I was reaching the end of the 12 month
contract I signed up for! I found myself getting more and more
tired as the weeks rolled on, and pretty soon I was having nanna
naps every night after work.
I
finally woke up from a mid afternoon nap one day and decided that I
didn’t want to be wasting all my free time sleeping and eating.
That’s when I decided to take up personal training at Studio
Glo,
When I
met Pete my trainer I explained to him how I had suffered some
recent muscle injuries in my back and shoulder. I made them sound a
bit worse than they actually were because I thought I was going to
cop a military style workout, but to my surprise Pete was
understanding and helped me ease into the training.
Pete
has been great, he has worked with me to achieve my goals, while
keeping me motivated and interested. He is always monitoring my
progress and checking that I use the right techniques when
exercising. What impresses me most about Pete is his knowledge. He
has always been able to answer any questions I have and is
continually giving me advice on how I can improve my training and
eating habits.
Since
starting my training I have been able to kick the nanna naps, lose
weight, and even quit smoking! Thanks Pete and the Studio Glo team,
you have really helped me turn my life around!!
