Over ten years ago, somehow my life journey led me to Naturopathy and Homeopathy and I have never looked back. Being an alternative health practitioner was not something I planned rather something I fell into (or was gently pushed!). My passion is education and choice. I believe we need to educate ourselves and others in regards to the prevention of chronic disease, what we do to our bodies through poor food choices and environmental chemicals and to listen to our own selves. Our bodies are not working against us and will always work for our own good. Through knowledge and a supportive framework of diet, herbs and in particular homeopathy I believe (and have seen) chronic debilitating symptoms as well as annoying minor symptoms such as lack of energy disappear. To me feeling well is having the energy to finish your day, sleeping well and allowing your body to rejuvenate, and having a clear mind and even temperament.

Studio Glo supports my philosophy by providing an environment to support recovery from illness and a platform for good health. Making a decision to consult with me will involve some tough decisions but I can guarantee your body (particularly your liver) will be happy.

Likes:  Learning, encouraging and a belly laugh with my kids

Dislikes:  People not seeing both sides of a story, ignorance, self centeredness and nappies

Hobbies:  Basketball, reading, walking, and a good chat with girlfriends over a nice glass of bubbly!
