you would like to pay per session or in advance. Discounts apply
for pre-paid sessions and it becomes even more affordable when you
train with a friend. Clients have the flexibility to train in half
hour or one hour training sessions. Some clients prefer to come
once a week for a 60 minute session while others like to come to
training for 2 or 3 x 30 minute sessions.
