Personal Training
sessions are by appointment only. All sessions are time
effective and always vary. We like to keep you on your toes and
prevent you from getting bored!
It's
your decision if you would like to pay per session or in advance.
Discounts apply for pre-paid sessions and it becomes even more
affordable when you train with a friend. Clients have the
flexibility to train in half hour or one hour training sessions.
Some clients prefer to come once a week for a 60 minute session
while others like to come to training for 2 or 3 x 30 minute
sessions.
