SO YOU THINK YOU CAN?
Another
fantastic year of So You Think You Can frivolity (our 3rd year) saw
a record number of entrants.
This
year had major prize winners in two categories, Exercise Challenge
winner and
Weight Loss winner.
Over
the six weeks numerous personal best efforts were achieved and some
phenomenal overall best times were recorded.

It's
our goal that this competition encourages a healthy lifestyle to
each participant as well as those around them. The competition
lasts for 6 weeks. Points can be gained be completing challenges
and losing weight as well as completing bonus challenges. There is
an opportunity to gain points in many ways not just weight loss so
anyone could win! The competition is open to those of all shapes,
sizes and fitness levels.
All
participants are given an information pack which contains details
of the competition, meal plan and lifestyle guidelines to help you
along the way.
