Q) How often do you
visit Studio Glo each week?
A) 3 times. 1 personal training session with Kylie and 2 classes
with Jarrod & Kylie, Wednesday and Saturday.
Q) What is your favourite Studio Glo exercise / activity?
A) Just walking through the door into Studio Glo! I love boxing,
deadbugs & any exercise Kylie and Jarrod make me do which
causes me to have muscle soreness the next day. Oh and having a
chat after Saturday class with a coffee.
Q) What is your least favourite Studio Glo exercise /
activity?
A) Bike, bike and bike! I just feel I’m going nowhere on
it............ ha ha

Q) What were your
Health and Fitness goals when starting with Studio Glo and how have
you gone progressing toward them?
A) It was to lose weight, tone up, get fitter and be hot. Have
people in your world actually stop and go wow and for me to feel
more energised than ever before. Oh, and to look spunky for my
partner Kristy. I said to Kylie I want chicken fillets on the back
of my legs (calf muscles) half tennis balls in my arms (not real
ones just muscle) and a six pack. I started in January this year
and now the process has got me 8 kilos lighter, stronger, much more
toned and hotter. I feel I’ve finally found what works for me to
achieve my goals, even though Kylie thinks I will never be
satisfied. Don't tell her but I am happy with what I have achieved
and what I will continue to achieve in the future!
Q) After a big Studio Glo work out what would be your ideal
meal?
A) Poached eggs with smoked salmon or steak/chicken and
veggies

Q) If you could swap
bodies for a day with anyone who’s would you choose?
A) Female - Donna Aston. Male - Ben Cousins but instead of “such as
life” on my torso I would have POINTA!
Q) What is the one Studio Glo exercise / activity you are
determined to master?
A) When Jarrod gives us the straight, hook, duck, duck, punch
combos and we’re not allowed to make a mistake. Oh and his fast
feet - left, right, right, forward, left arhhh!!!!

Q) If you could do a
group exercise class with any 5 people (alive or dead) who would
you choose?
A) My beautiful Kristy my reason for it all. MY STEVE IRWIN my
reason I have so much adrenaline in me crikey how much fun would
the class be. Gordon Ramsey he can cook for us after we bet he cant
say the f.word for the entire class, of course Jarrod and Kylie to
ramp us up.
Q) Do you have any tips for new Studio Glo members?
A) Don’t hold back! Get in here and show us what you can do. Share
yourself with the studio. Give everything 100% because soon you
will love what it does for you. Eat correctly to match up with the
hard physical work you are doing, and treat yourself to things to
help with your transformation i.e knowledge. Learn and share with
others so that they too will work towards a new body and feel
awesome like me!
