MONSTER MASH!: An awesome way to
start your week! Monster Mash is a really dynamic & fast paced
class. With 3 trainers training you in the one hour you are never
going to know what to expect! This class will contain elements of
boxing, spin, weights, abs & circuit based exercises. Suited to
all fitness levels as workout can be adjusted to your
level.
MINI MASH!: Similar style to
Monster Mash but with two instructors. Say goodbye to the working
week with this energetic saturday morning class!
BOXING: Our Box /
Circuit classes are a very effective form of cross
training, fantastic for taking your fitness to the next level. All
classes ensure a thorough workout and are suitable for any
fitness level as you can take things at your own
pace.
SPIN: Spin is a
structured exercise class performed on stationary exercise bikes.
You'll be led by your instructor through a virtual ride on flats,
hills and sprints.
Spin is suitable for
just about anyone of any age, shape or fitness level. And you don’t
need to be too co-ordinated! You can take things at your own pace
and you won’t feel obliged to keep up with the rest of the class.
Because you have your own resistance dial, you control the
intensity of your work-out and you can exercise at the level which
you feel comfortable with.
GLADIATORS: Our
Gladiators
class is suited to more advanced exercise participants who like to
work hard & really challenge themselves. Gladiators has a focus
on more team based exercises with a competitive edge. It is a
very effective class,
especially if you are ready to take your fitness to the next
level.
PEPPERLATES: Pilates
is a well known exercise method to strengthen the core muscle group
as well as strengthen through the lower back. "Pepperlates" takes
the core principals of pilates movement and breathing and brings
them to a class that is less formal and far more enjoyable than
traditional pilates.
