Studio Glo is much more than just an exercise facility and So You Think You Can.... 2011 best typifies this.

Each October Studio Glo hosts a month long celebration of health, fitness, nutrition and most of all fun!

So You Think You Can... Is an opportunity for our clients to embrace healthy lifestyle changes.
It is an important time of year, the weather is starting to warm up and we are on the cusp of the silly season which includes Cup week and the unavoidable Christmas parties.

2011 is no different to previous years with a S.Y.T.Y.C - T.Shirt included with entry and this year also includes a S.Y.T.Y.C - sling bag filled with lots of goodies.

We also have more competition events than ever before and this year will see our first Awards Night, which will be a great chance for  trainers and clients alike to see each other wearing something besides tracksuits and runners!

S.Y.T.Y.C is not all about competition, it is about challenging yourself to making a number of healthy changes during October      (I will be signing up to OctSober!) .Whilst events like Champion of  Champions or Weight Loss Winner can be challenging and motivating they are completely optional.

The primary focus of S.Y.T.Y.C  is to put the fun into exercise, getting out of the studio and providing information that will help break down some of the myths regarding weight loss and nutrition.

Again this year we have amazing support from our event sponsors, they are not only sponsors, but all of them fellow clients of Studio Glo. Because of the sponsors of S.Y.T.Y.C we have over $4,000 worth of prizes.

Studio Glo encourages all its clients to show their appreciation of the sponsors.
